1) Who is GRACIEMAGSHOP?
Editora Gracie is a publishing company established in 1994, in Brazil, to publish “Jornal Gracie” and, later, “GRACIE Magazine”, NOCAUTE Magazine, and GRACIEMAG.com.

GRACIEMAGSHOP is a branch of that media company that has been inside the martial arts world for 11 years now.

The main goal of GRACIEMAGSHOP is to satisfy the reader/customer who wants all supplies they have seen with their idols, but has no access to a reliable company such as GRACIEMAGSHOP to bridge the gap.

2) Why should I trust in GRACIEMAGSHOP?
Because there’s no reason for us to risk our credibility – the greatest asset a media company can have. Because our distribution centers are located at different places. This means that the shipping method and price is different according to the product you choose. So, in order to avoid unnecessarily using higher shipping costs, we prefer to ask the customer to make separate orders and thus get the lowest shipping costs possible.

4) If you accept all major credit cards, why is it that, when I’m about to accomplish my order, I only see Visa, Mastercard and Paypal options?
Because besides our own Merchant Account, which accepts Visa and Mastercard, we work with worldwide renowned Pay Pal merchant account, which, even if the customer has no Pay Pal account, accepts both Visa and Mastercard, as well as Discovery and Amex.

Follow the steps below to pay an order with Amex:

1- Add your product to the basket;
2- Click on the "Check Out" option;
3- Choose the size and continue "Checking Out";
4- Fill up the form for "Shipping Adress", then press "Continue";
5- At "PAYMENT PREFERENCE", please choose "PAYPAL";
6- Fill up your "EMAIL ADRESS", then press "FINALIZE ORDER";
7- There will be a PAYPAL LOGO on your right. Click where it says "PAY PAL – CLICK HERE TO PAY";
8- Choose the "DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT" option, then press "SECURE CHECK OUT";
9- Tick on the AMEX box, fill your card info and follow Pay Pal instructions to accomplish your order.

5) Why does the name LOJA DA LUTA LLC appear in my Invoice?
Because Loja da Luta is the US company that owns the name GRACIEMAGSHOP, a fantasy name that means that it is the official GRACIEMAG.com online store.
